Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Brand Manager in Makati for onsite, daytime, Monday–Friday work. The role drives brand growth through strategic marketing, product management, and customer engagement across retail and digital channels.

The ideal candidate has strong brand strategy experience, campaign execution, and retail operations know-how. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate insights into impactful brand initiatives, and manage end-to-end marketing efforts across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant brand management experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and 360 marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans aligned with company goals.
• Perform market research to identify consumer needs and trends.
• Build brand identities with guidelines, messaging, and visuals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaigns and materials.
• Lead strategies to achieve brand profitability and growth.
• Translate leadership direction into local vision and objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness.
• Oversee product lifecycle from planning to post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate with merchandising on product assortments and pricing.
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.
• Monitor store performance and partner with sales for customer experience.
• Identify partnerships to strengthen brand visibility with influencers/retailers.
