Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in e-commerce administration, OMS, or operations.
  • Hands-on Magento experience or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with OMS is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and order lifecycle.
  • Experience with ERP/POS/WMS or online marketplaces is a plus.
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the e-commerce platform and OMS, preferably with Magento experience.
  • Monitor the complete order lifecycle, including order creation, payment, allocation, fulfillment, shipment, cancellation, return, and refund.
  • Monitor order and inventory synchronization across E-Commerce, OMS, ERP, POS, WMS, payment gateways, and logistics platforms.
  • Investigate and coordinate the resolution of failed, delayed, stuck, or exceptional orders.
  • Maintain product catalogs, categories, attributes, images, pricing, availability, promotions, discounts, and vouchers.
  • Manage backend users, roles, and access permissions.
  • Support order allocation, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and omnichannel operations across stores, warehouses, and fulfillment locations.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to implement and validate campaigns before and after launch.
  • Monitor system availability and performance; perform initial troubleshooting and elevate issues when required.
  • Log, track, and follow up on incidents through the helpdesk or service management system.
  • Coordinate with IT, development teams, and vendors to resolve API, integration, data synchronization, order flow, and inventory issues.
  • Support SIT and UAT, system enhancements, releases, maintenance, and post-deployment validation.
  • Test critical processes, including order creation, payment, inventory allocation, fulfillment, cancellation, return, refund, and shipment.
  • Maintain system documentation, incident records, operational procedures, and reports covering orders, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and system performance.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce administration, OMS, application support, or e-commerce operations.

  • Hands-on experience with Magento or another e-commerce platform.

  • Experience with an Order Management System (OMS) is highly preferred.

  • Understanding of e-commerce order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and omnichannel operations.

  • Basic knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

  • Experience with ERP, POS, WMS, payment gateways, logistics platforms, or online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, or Grab is an advantage.

  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills.

  • Willing to support weekends, holidays, or extended hours during major campaigns or critical incidents when required.
