About the role

Nespresso Ph (Exclusively distributed by Novateur Coffee Concepts, Inc.) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Admin to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based on-site that plays a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring seamless online customer experiences. As E-commerce Admin, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day administrative functions that keep our online retail platform running efficiently, from product listings and inventory management to order processing and customer support coordination. This role is essential to maintaining Nespresso's reputation for excellence in the premium coffee market and supporting our buying and merchandising teams in delivering exceptional value to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Managing product listings, including uploading, updating, and maintaining accurate product information, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms
• Monitoring and coordinating inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and preventing overselling or stockouts
• Processing and tracking online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment and delivery to customers
• Liaising between the buying, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintaining e-commerce databases and records, including customer information, transaction history, and performance analytics
• Supporting the management of promotional campaigns, discount codes, and special offers across online channels
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving e-commerce-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analysing e-commerce performance metrics and preparing reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding online sales and customer data protection
• Assisting with website maintenance and updates to enhance user experience and functionality

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in e-commerce administration, retail operations, or a similar administrative role within the retail or consumer products sector
• Strong proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and retail management software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, inventory management, and product information maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools
• Solid understanding of retail buying and merchandising principles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts is advantageous
• Knowledge of the premium coffee or luxury goods market is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
