Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies seeks an Account Officer to support daily accounting for high‑volume e‑commerce operations. You will record transactions, reconcile online sales, monitor payment collections, and prepare financial reports with cross‑functional teams including operations and finance.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting and experience in e‑commerce or retail environments, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial data and timely month‑end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or high-volume environments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial documentation.
• Experience with sales reconciliation, accounts receivable, payment settlements, and transaction monitoring.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, marketplaces, or POS/accounting systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording and monitoring e-commerce financial transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile daily online sales, payment collections, refunds, cancellations, and marketplace transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile sales reports, payment gateway settlements, bank deposits, and e-commerce platform collections.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, receipts, billing statements, liquidation reports, and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments and discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing schedules.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, operations, customer service, logistics, and finance teams to resolve payment, sales, and reconciliation concerns.
• Monitor transaction fees, discounts, promotions, commissions, shipping charges, and other e-commerce-related expenses.
• Assist with inventory and sales reconciliation between e-commerce platforms, internal systems, and accounting records.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of online transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support internal controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
