Job summary

JR&R Distributors Inc. is seeking a Finance Officer to manage online sales finance operations, reconcile bank and platform settlements, and validate payment records. The role requires attention to accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting to support financial controls.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with strong Excel skills and experience in SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar ERP systems. FMCG/ distribution background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related business field.
• At least 2 years of experience in AR, Trade Funds, Claims Management, General Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in high-volume transaction processing and account reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software.
• Knowledgeable in trade claims, customer deductions, promotional support, rebates, or sales support reconciliation is an advantage.

About the role

About you
