Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in the Philippines to design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions aligned with business needs. You will own configurations, customize modules, and integrate across platforms in an Agile setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead offshore teams when needed, and ensure timely delivery with quality, performance standards. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform capabilities and best practices.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience working with SOA-based architectures, including REST and SOAP services.
• Proficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, asynchronous programming.
• Experience with CRM reporting tools, including SSRS and Dynamics CRM Reports.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM integrations.
• Experience with Azure tools and related cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
