Job summary

TASQ in Manila is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements and streamline processes.

You will develop and customize CRM applications, integrate CRM with other systems, and provide technical support while staying current with CRM technologies and best practices. On-site at multiple Manila office locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
• Strong understanding of CRM development and best practices.
• Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM applications and provide solutions.
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SQL/.NET familiarity.
• Willingness to report onsite at Manila locations.

Your typical day will involve developing and implementing CRM solutions to enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes.

• Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet business process design and application requirements.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Here’s what you’ll need:
