Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the ERP platform remains reliable for business users. This hybrid, day-shift role is based at Mall of Asia, Pasay, and involves collaboration with IT and business teams.

You will handle incidents, service requests, and ongoing improvements, while helping with testing, upgrades, and documentation. A strong ERP and Dynamics 365 background is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes, including finance, project delivery, procurement, supply chain, and HR.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries while delivering timely resolutions.
• Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, escalating complex concerns in accordance with established support processes.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing activities, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective ERP solutions and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Your Role:

As an ERP Support Analyst, you will:

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes, including finance, project delivery, procurement, supply chain, and human resources.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience working within structured ICT support or IT service delivery environments.
• Experience administering user access, security roles, and software licensing.
• Experience supporting ERP testing, upgrades, releases, and go-live activities.
• Strong documentation, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
