Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking a permanent Dynamics 365/Power Platform developer in Metro Manila to design, customize, and integrate D365 solutions. You will work mid-shift (3PM–12AM PHT) on projects spanning custom components, data migration, and enterprise integrations.

The role requires hands-on D365/Power Platform experience, Dataverse mastery, and familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices. Exposure to Azure services and CI/CD is a plus for streamlined release management.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.

Responsibilities

Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 apps using native features and Power Platform capabilities
Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and release management
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements for stability and performance
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines are followed
Maintain clear technical documentation to support solution sustainment and knowledge transfer
