Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role involves building integrations, configuring CRM apps, and ensuring data quality while collaborating with business analysts and architects.

Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices is a plus. The candidate will participate in the full SDLC, adhere to coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, C# / .NET, JavaScript, and API/integration development.
• Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Build scalable and maintainable CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications using native platform capabilities.
• Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using Power Platform tools and technologies.
• Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Support data modeling, migration, transformation, and data quality activities.
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse and related data services.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Follow Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 application issues, defects, and technical problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Support platform enhancements, maintenance activities, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design sessions, and project planning activities.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions adhere to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Apply best practices for application development, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct appropriate testing and quality checks before deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, integrations, and deployment procedures.
• Support knowledge transfer and solution sustainment activities.
• Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure Dynamics 365 solutions that support business operations.
• Improve user experience and operational efficiency through automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Contribute to the stability, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise CRM platforms.
• Support the successful delivery and sustainment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
