Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform 5+ years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions with customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Server-Side and Client-Side Object Model; Plugins and Custom Workflow Development; .NET Programming Model; xRM Framework
• Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, PowerBI); SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
• NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL and other DB engines; C# or VB; CRM SDK
• Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture; Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering; Agile methodologies (product management)

Responsibilities

• Solutions Design and Delivery: Understand client needs, design and propose optimized IT solutions.
• Estimate costs/benefits of different solutions including performance and security.
• Design, implement and maintain client-focused IT solutions.
• Ensure captured requirements align with ITD's architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to create or improve solutions; guide on defects.
• Prepare documentation and guidance for stakeholders; perform related duties as assigned.
