Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable Business Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

You will conduct fit-gap analyses, prepare design documents, and collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards. The role requires hands‑on Dynamics 365 experience, familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, middleware, data mapping, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, solution design documents, process flows, and integration documentation.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, test case preparation, defect resolution, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage competing business and technical priorities.
• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and Service Bus is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to recommend effective technology solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, Solution Design Documents (SDD), integration designs, data mapping specifications, process flows, and other technical documentation.
• Support system integration requirements involving APIs, middleware, cloud services, and third‑party platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors, and project managers to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
• Assist in developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data; support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with developers to investigate and resolve defects identified during testing.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions, workshops, and design reviews.
• Review deployment documentation and support the release of solutions to production.
• Ensure solution quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
