The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, promoting features, answering questions, entering data into ERP/NetSuite, and achieving daily sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite or an ERP system
• Accurate data entry into ERP systems
• Ability to create and manage reports in NetSuite
• Comfortable representing the company over the phone
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable and consistent in performance

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers
• Promote products or services and explain their features and benefits
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and company policies
• Generate sales leads or close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system
• Follow prepared scripts while also communicating naturally with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Handle objections and rejections in a professional manner
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets
