You will coordinate sales activities, prepare quotations and contracts, process orders, update CRM, monitor targets, and collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Monitor sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure efficient operations.
• Track inventory availability and communicate product information to customers.
• Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Ensure all sales records and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
