Qualifications

• Ability to prepare routine reports and business correspondence.
• Capable of building long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain timely follow-ups with customers and prospects.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and admin tasks.
• Manage customer orders by entering and processing key accounts and internet orders.
• Serve as primary office contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and updating on open issues.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments to support sales operations.
• Coordinate and facilitate projects for key retail accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding sales-related concerns and account updates.
• Work with Customer Service and Warehouse to resolve shipping concerns, damages, warranty claims, and other order-related issues.
• Provide backup support for freight booking and shipment coordination.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Organize and maintain sales documentation and filing systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
