Job summary

Ginga Agrifood Manufacturing Enterprises Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, prepare quotations, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role involves maintaining customer records, generating sales reports, assisting in meetings and client visits, and providing excellent administrative support to the Sales Manager while ensuring accurate filing and smooth billing coordination with finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP systems experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the Sales Department.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Assist the Sales Team in scheduling meetings, client visits, and other sales activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock requirements with the Warehouse team.
• Prepare regular sales reports and assist in analyzing sales performance.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding billing, invoices, and collection concerns when necessary.
• Ensure all sales transactions and records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
