Job summary

Haier Electrical Appliances Philippines Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the department with project coordination, vendor liaison, and administrative tasks.

You will coordinate marketing racks, signages, POP materials, and promotional displays, ensuring on-brand execution across channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track requests from approval to installation, while providing regular progress updates to the Marketing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of marketing racks, signages, POP materials, and promotional displays.
• Liaise with Sales, dealers, suppliers, procurement, and internal teams to support marketing projects.
• Monitor the progress of marketing requests from approval through production, installation, and completion.
• Ensure marketing displays and promotional materials are properly installed and comply with brand standards.
• Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation, including approvals, installation photos, and completion reports.
• Update marketing databases, project trackers, monitoring files, and status reports.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding quotations, schedules, and project completion.
• Track pending activities and provide regular progress updates to the Marketing Team.
• Perform other marketing coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
