Firesprings Consulting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Planning & Pricing Specialist to empower the US sales team from the Philippines. You will price coconut-based products to maximize profit, anchored by Philippine production costs and a rolling 12-month forecast.

You will bridge costs with market prices, lead AI-driven pricing initiatives, and advise on bids, contracts, and non-standard terms, while monitoring logistics and duties. Requires 5–8 years in a pricing-focused role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years in a manufacturing-heavy pricing or commercial finance role.
• Proficiency in time-series forecasting or AI-forecasting tools.
• Deep understanding of Activity-Based Costing (ABC).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide live support to the US Sales Team, requiring late shifts from 8PM to Midnight Manila time at least twice a week.
• Recommend competitive and premium product costing considering logistics, costs, and market trends.
• Establish a dynamic pricing system for US bids using digital tools and AI.
• Advise and monitor client bids/contracts, including packaging, shipping, and US duties; approve non-standard terms.
• Collaborate with Sales to analyze market prices and historical data to maximize profit and minimize risk.
• Provide on-ground insights on Philippine production developments affecting yields and weather.
