Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Experience with managing APAC is a plus, but open to Philippines scope only.
• Proven experience in product pricing, budget forecasting, revenue forecasting, and gross profit analysis.
• Strong financial modelling, variance analysis, and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and harmonize pricing frameworks across APAC.
• Act as finance partner in distributor negotiations and government tenders.
• Build pricing roadmaps to support business planning.
• Lead financial modelling for new product launches.
• Support revenue and gross profit forecasting.
