Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support pricing, procurement and client servicing from its Ortigas site in the Philippines. You will convert pricing templates, input rates into internal sheets and ensure complete documentation for client submissions.

You will also assist in updating Bid Assessments, RFIs and sales reports, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with rate management systems and pricing tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for customer interactions and orders.
• Strong data analysis and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer pricing template to internal pricing sheet (IPS).
• Input rates from RMS into IPS and update IPS with missing rates.
• Convert IPS back to customer pricing templates for submission.
• Ensure all documents are uploaded and organized.
• Assist in updating bid assessments in Salesforce and RFIs with global responses.
• Support monthly sales reporting and provision of dashboards.
• Coordinate quotes, bookings, and order processing with cross-functional teams.
