You will receive supplier deliveries, monitor stock, and maintain clear communication with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely replenishment and inventory integrity. This on-site role is based at SM Bacoor, requiring reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality inventory/stockroom.
• Experience in handling food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
• Background in fast-paced restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in SM Bacoor.

Responsibilities

• Accept supplier deliveries and ensure proper amount/number of deliveries is accurate.
• Monitor inventory levels and weekly consumption of items to determine replenishment needs.
• Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with concerned department at all times.
