Job summary

Lettered L Food Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Stock Clerk to manage and safeguard stockroom operations in a food service setting in Batangas. You will handle ordering, receiving, storing, and replenishing supplies while ensuring hygiene, PPE compliance, and food safety standards.

The role includes daily to annual inventory monitoring, labeling, expiry tracking, and FIFO control, with coordination to the Accounting Head for payments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Observe personal hygiene, sanitation, wearing of PPE, practice food safety standards and company rules.
• Order, receive, open, store and replenish supplies.
• Monitor and prepare IN-OUT stocks inventory daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Check all supplies; report damage and loss; replenish shortages.
• Label stocks with expiry dates, attach price tags, maintain records.
• Handle perishable and non-perishable goods using FIFO.
• Submit receipts and inventory reports to the Head Cashier.
• Ensure pastry products meet BFAD and related agency standards with expiry dates indicated.
• Coordinate with Accounting Head regarding product supplies for payments.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries; verify contents for quality and quantity.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stock room.
• Know prices and shelf-life of merchandise.
• Purchase missing stocks as needed for rush events.
