Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. invites applicants for a NEW Pancake House at SM Nuvali to join our front-of-house team. You will greet guests, take orders, assist in serving beverages, process payments, and help maintain a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Constantly focuses on customer satisfaction.
• Greets and thanks every customer with enthusiasm.
• Attends to customer needs and requests promptly.
• Assists in serving and refilling beverages and water, processing payment, or running/serving food to tables.
• Operates cash register and handles cash transactions per policies.
• Arranges tables, chairs, plates and table settings as prescribed.
• Maintains cleanliness of dining areas and performs cleaning tasks.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Informs management of unhappy guests as quickly as possible.
• Maintains a sincere, courteous demeanor with staff and customers.
• Assists in an entire team effort.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies

4. Arranges tables, chairs, plates and table settings as prescribed.

5. Maintains cleanliness off the dining areas and performs a variety of cleaning tasks.

6. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

7. Informs management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible.

8. Maintains a sincere, courteous demeanor with both staff and customers at all times.

9. Assists in an entire team effort.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.
