IT Solution Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join its IT team in the Singapore office. You will provide 1st to 2nd line desktop support for end-users, assisting with hardware, software, and related IT peripherals, and coordinating with clients to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires at least 1 year of IT industry experience, a diploma or degree in IT/CS, and willingness to travel or be deployed for projects.

Qualifications

1 year of IT industry experience.
Diploma or degree in IT/CS.
Knowledge of MS Exchange or Linux is an advantage.
Willing to commit to a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st to 2nd level desktop support for end-users.
Work closely with customer and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Assist customer with technical support of desktop computers and related technologies.
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incidents and provide resolutions.
Manage hardware and software requisition and inventory.
