Job summary

HelloConnect in Metro Manila is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist. You will handle voice and non-voice inquiries, document interactions accurately, and collaborate with teams in English. A WFH setup is required with a visit to the BGC office for equipment pickup when needed.

French is a plus, but not required. The role emphasizes customer-first service, attention to detail, and multitasking across channels in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch communication skills.
• English proficiency for internal communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver voice and non-voice customer support in Dutch across channels.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders in English as required.
• Handle inquiries, issues and product information with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to reports and maintain customer records.
