Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to join our Business Development team in Cebu City. You will turn raw seller data into clean financials and build historical models to support deal decisions.

Responsibilities include tying revenue to caregiver payroll, verifying margins, preparing summaries for the VP and deal team, and coordinating with sellers. Experience with M&A due diligence and AI tools is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel: pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas; model building from unstructured data.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, gross margin, and payroll fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple diligence projects independently.

Aufgaben

• Build historical financial models and summaries from seller data.
• Tie revenue to payroll to verify revenue support.
• Verify gross margin and payroll figures; identify discrepancies.
• Prepare summaries and findings for VP of Business Development and deal team.
• Request missing information from sellers and advisors.
• Maintain organized diligence files and workbooks for each opportunity.
• Utilize Claude and other AI tools to speed data review and documentation.
