Smart Suites is hiring an Real Estate Acquisition & Finance Analyst (Independent Contractor - Full time) to drive an acquisition and funding pipeline from initial research through finance applications and due diligence. Qualifications

• Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong transferable experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• You will support Smart Suites' acquisition and funding pipeline by turning incomplete information into organised next actions and keeping deals moving across multiple stakeholders.
• Research and shortlist acquisition opportunities across motels, boarding houses, leasehold businesses, and land or development sites.
• Collect and organise property, operating, financial, planning, and market information needed to assess each opportunity.
• Liaise with agents, landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to obtain missing information and clarify deal details.
• Prepare lender-ready loan and finance application packages, including deal summaries, financial projections, servicing information, and risk commentary.
