BJ Mercantile Inc. is hiring for an on-site Driver Training Specialist in Quezon City. The role focuses on creating and delivering training modules for drivers, both in-person and virtually, to ensure consistency and safety across the fleet.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license with appropriate restrictions, and is ready to start ASAP at our Balintawak/EDSA site. This full-time position offers health and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduates with related Bachelor's or technical/vocational course.
• With valid Driver's License & Restriction of (A,B,C,E)
• With 2–3 years relevant experience.
• Willing to be assigned in EDSA, Balintawak.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop training modules aligned with company standards.
• Conduct driver training sessions face-to-face and online.
• Monitor ongoing training activities for consistency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate driver performance and provide coaching recommendations.
