Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Driver Performance & Training Coordinator to monitor driver KPIs, implement coaching programs, and promote safe driving practices.

The role collaborates with Operations and other departments to address driver concerns and develop recognition initiatives. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in operations or driver management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fleet management, customer service, or driver management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of driver safety and operational standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate driver performance based on KPIs and standards.
• Assist in implementing driver training, coaching, and development programs.
• Promote safe driving practices and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze driver performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to address driver concerns.
• Assist in developing engagement and recognition programs for drivers.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support driver onboarding, orientation, and continuous development activities.
• Help ensure high standards of service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
