Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a driver operations analyst to monitor and improve driver performance, support training, and promote safety standards.

You will analyze performance data, prepare reports, onboard drivers, and collaborate with Operations to meet service quality and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have 1–3 years in operations or fleet management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fleet management, customer service, or driver management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of driver safety and operational standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
