Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking a Driver Operations Associate to build and maintain a high-quality driver experience across our growing ride-hailing network. You will craft updates, monitor issues, and manage escalations to ensure timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes learning content development, driver engagement analytics, and loyalty initiatives to drive reliable service and driver satisfaction. This full-time on-site position offers growth opportunities within a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• Must have an active Driver's License.
• Must be knowledgeable to operate a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Bachelor's Degree of any related course.
• At least 1 year experience in operations management, preferably in transportation, logistics, fleet, employee relations, or paralegal.
• Good communication skills, computer literate, experience in Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communications: draft and schedule driver updates (hotspots, announcements, tips).
• Monitor driver group chats or inboxes for issues or trends.
• Respond to inbound driver questions or support requests.
• Manage support escalations and issue resolution.
• Training & Development: develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism, customer service, and platform knowledge.
• Track completion rates of training and engagement levels with content.
• Share and communicate learning visuals, APP-dates through driver group chats.
• Retention: monitor driver activity and engagement metrics daily to identify disengagement signals.
• Contact inactive or low-performing drivers to re-engage them with tailored support.
• Develop and run driver loyalty programs.
• Regulatory and policy adherence; achieve targets set by Immediate Superior.

Now, we're looking for a Driver Operations Associate (DREX Associate). The Driver Journey & Success, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from ensuring a high-quality, long-term experience for drivers.

What you'll be doing:

• Communications

• Conduct regular FGDs to understand drivers' needs and pain points
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises

Requirements

• Must have an active Driver's License
• Must be knowledgeable to operate a 4-wheel vehicle
• Bachelor's Degree of any related course
