Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition
• Transport goods, parcels, and packages to destinations according to delivery schedules and routes
• Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage and ensure safe transport
• Record delivery details, obtain customer signatures, and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate with customers and the office regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
• Follow traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company driving policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behaviour with customers and colleagues
• Optimize routes to improve fuel efficiency and reduce delivery times
• Assist with warehouse operations as required
