Qualifications

• Valid professional driver’s license (Class 1, 2 or 3) with a clean driving record.
• 2–3 years of liaison, courier, or passenger transport experience.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Liaison Driver to join the team at Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Liaison Driver, you will serve as a vital communication and transport link between our office operations and various external stakeholders, clients, and service locations. This role is essential to ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery of services, and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts on behalf of our cooperative.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport personnel, documents, and materials to designated locations within Metro Manila and surrounding areas
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to schedule and confirm transport arrangements and delivery timelines
• Maintaining detailed logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance requirements, and mileage records
• Performing routine vehicle inspections and reporting any mechanical issues or damage promptly to management
• Ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company vehicle policies at all times
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to confirm arrival times and address any transport-related concerns
• Managing and organising documentation related to deliveries and passenger transport
• Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo as required
• Representing the cooperative professionally during all client interactions and external engagements

What we’re looking for

• A valid professional driver’s license (Class 1, 2 or 3) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a liaison, courier, or passenger transport role
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila’s road networks, traffic patterns, and routes
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• A commitment to road safety and strict adherence to traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in dynamic situations
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and occasional overtime as required
• Physical fitness to safely handle loading, unloading, and extended periods of driving
• Preferred: Experience with vehicle tracking systems or fleet management software
• Preferred: Familiarity with courier and logistics operations
