Job summary

R1 RCM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time DRGV Analyst to join our team in Quezon City or Cebu City.

You will ensure accuracy and integrity of medical coding and billing within our healthcare revenue cycle management services. The role requires DRGV/IP coding experience, AHIMA CCS or AAPC CIC certification, and proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech; strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years DRGV coding experience or 2+ years inpatient coding (IP) experience
• Combination of DRGV and IP coding totaling at least 2 years 6 months
• Bachelor's degree in any medical allied field
• AHIMA CCS or AAPC CIC certification; CPC with DRGV experience acceptable
• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner & Meditech
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

As a DRGV Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our medical coding and billing processes, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare revenue cycle management services.

We are growing our DRGV Analyst team in Quezon City and Cebu City!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years and 6 months of DRGV coding experience; or

• At least 2 years and 6 months of Inpatient Medical Coding (IP) experience; or

• A combination of DRGV and IP coding experience totaling at least 2 years and 6 months

• Bachelor's degree in any medical allied course

• Successful completion of inpatient certification program from AHIMA (CCS) or AAPC (CIC)

  • If with CPC, must have at least 2 years DRGV experience

• Experience in any EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner & Meditech

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
