Job summary

DMCI Homes - OMF Division is seeking a property consultant to promote and sell condo projects across Metro Manila. You will generate leads through online and offline marketing, assist clients from inquiry to turnover, and participate in trainings, site tours, and sales events.

The role requires full-time commitment, a positive attitude, and strong communication/presentation skills. Training is provided, and familiarity with Metro Manila areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate of any course (real estate-related courses are a plus)
• Willing to work full-time under a Sales Manager
• With or without real estate experience (training provided)
• Willing to attend trainings, site tours, and manning schedules
• Must be goal-driven, confident, and willing to learn
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Preferably residing within or near Metro Manila
• Must have a positive and professional attitude
• Willing to be trained and guided by a Sales Manager
• Can communicate effectively in Filipino and/or English
• Must be trustworthy and committed to client satisfaction
• Passionate about helping people find their dream homes

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell DMCI Homes condo projects across Metro Manila and other key cities
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing (Facebook, Instagram, referrals, manning sites, etc.)
• Assist clients from inquiry to turnover, ensuring a smooth buying experience
• Participate in trainings, site tours, and sales events
• Work closely with your sales manager and teammates to hit monthly and quarterly targets
