Responsibilities

• Maintain and update automated document templates and data sources following governance processes.
• Support document automation tools and workflows to ensure reliable document generation and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot document automation, template, and data source issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate large-scale document generation activities and documentation cycles.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories, metadata structures, and template organization.
• Deliver onboarding and user training sessions on documentation tools, templates, and processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
