Job summary

AJ&J Cargo Movers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Administrative Officer in Manila. You will prepare documents for customs processing, classify goods to tariff headings, compute duties and taxes, and lodge declarations.

You will also maintain records and update clients on shipment status while coordinating with shipping lines and forwarders. The ideal candidate is a BS in Customs Administration, with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be a BS Customs Administration graduate.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in the field.
• Skilled in Tariff Classification, duties and taxes computation, and SAD lodgment.
• Knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proactive, results-driven, and a team player.
• Willing to work in Manila City and can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
