Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in customs declaration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs laws, duty computation, and portal systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, BOC Portal and Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Compliance-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Classify and lodge import/export shipments with accurate duty/tax computation.
• Prepare Pre-SAD, CCC, and permits per customs laws.
• Edit invoices and upload portal documents to meet BOC requirements.
• Coordinate with processors for lodgement and escalate delays to relevant officers.
• Encode customs data into operations sheets and provide duty/tax estimates.
• Ensure compliance with BOC regulations for smooth clearance.
