Job summary

Poweredge Solutions Phils., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics specialist to manage customs clearance, tariff classification, and export/import documentation. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely shipments.

The role requires thorough knowledge of HS codes, accurate paperwork, and strong communication. You will support cost tracking and audits while continually identifying process bottlenecks to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration, BS Accountancy, or any business course with accounting coursework.
• Proven experience in customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, and import/export documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination with internal departments and regulatory agencies.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
