Responsibilities

• Review, update and standardize existing documentation.
• Update existing Roles Documents and Knowledge Base articles.
• Refresh 91 documents and manage 227+ documents on the Customer Care Site.
• Coordinate with team members to gather missing or updated information.
• Ensure documents follow formatting and documentation guidelines.
