Job Title: Intern - Documentation
In this job you will:
- Review, update and standardize existing documentation to ensure they remain accurate, relevant and easy to use, while preserving valuable knowledge for current and future stakeholders (external and internal).
- Update existing Roles Documents.
- There is a total of 227 documents on the Customer Care Site and 364 documents stored in other areas.
- Update existing Knowledge Base articles.
- There are 91 documents that need to be refreshed.
- Coordinate with team members to gather missing or updated information.
- Ensure documents follow standard formatting and documentation guidelines.
- Organize and maintain document libraries for easier access and navigation.
- Help identify outdated, duplicate, or incomplete documents for cleanup.
- Track documentation updates and maintain records of completed work.
- Updated documents are published to the Navitaire Customer Care site.
- Source Word and PDF files are saved in the designated Roles Documents to ensure they can be easily located and maintained.
- Ensure references of outdated product names or product versions are updated.
- Ensure Table of Contents is regenerated, and all links are verified to be working.
- Document History section is updated with the latest revision entry.
About the ideal candidate
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Technical writing, or a related field
- Must have background in communications, technical writing or similar
- Strong interest in documentation, content writing, knowledge management, or communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Self driven, ability to manage date to day activities and to see assigned project/s through
- Comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to gather information and update documentation.
- Experience in writing, editing, or maintaining documents, school publications, or similar projects is an advantage.
Job Details
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite).
- Location: BGC, Taguig
- Required number of hours: 500 hours
- Work shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Can start by September 2026
