• Able to manage day-to-day tasks and drive assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Review, update and standardize existing documentation to ensure accuracy and usefulness.
• Update Roles Documents; thousands of documents across sites.
• Refresh Knowledge Base articles and coordinate with teammates for information.
• Ensure formatting follows guidelines and organize document libraries.
• Identify outdated, duplicate, or incomplete documents for cleanup.
• Track updates and publish new documents to Navitaire Customer Care site.
• Save source Word and PDF files in designated Roles Documents.
• Update references to outdated product names/versions; regenerate Table of Contents.
• Update Document History with latest revision entries.

Job Title

Intern - Documentation

In this job you will:

• Review, update and standardize existing documentation to ensure they remain accurate, relevant and easy to use, while preserving valuable knowledge for current and future stakeholders (external and internal).
• Update existing Roles Documents. There is a total of 227 documents on the Customer Care Site and 364 documents stored in other areas.
• Update existing Knowledge Base articles. There are 91 documents that need to be refreshed.
• Coordinate with team members to gather missing or updated information.
• Ensure documents follow standard formatting and documentation guidelines.
• Organize and maintain document libraries for easier access and navigation.
• Help identify outdated, duplicate, or incomplete documents for cleanup.
• Track documentation updates and maintain records of completed work.
• Updated documents are published to the Navitaire Customer Care site.
• Source Word and PDF files are saved in the designated Roles Documents to ensure they can be easily located and maintained.
• Ensure references of outdated product names or product versions are updated
• Ensure Table of Contents is regenerated, and all links are verified to be working.
• Document History section is updated with the latest revision entry

About the ideal candidate

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Technical writing, or a related field
• Must have background in communications, technical writing or similar
• Strong interest in documentation, content writing, knowledge management, or communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Self driven, ability to manage date to day activities and to see assigned project/s through
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to gather information and update documentation.
• Experience in writing, editing, or maintaining documents, school publications, or similar projects is an advantage.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Location: BGC, Taguig
• Required number of hours: 500 hours
• Work shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
• Can start by September 2026
