Job summary

HEFTY POWER SYSTEMS CORPORATION is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documents, drawings, reports, and technical records for Substation and Transmission Line projects in Metro Manila. You will control numbering, revisions, transmittals, and distribution, while maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems and coordinating with multiple teams.

The role requires a graduate in Engineering or related field, experience in document control for relevant projects, strong MS

Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering, Office Administration, Information Management, or related course.
Experience in document control, construction, substation, or transmission line projects.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of document numbering, revision control, and transmittal procedures.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel from different project sites.

Responsibilities

Control document numbering, revisions, transmittals, and distribution.
Monitor document submissions, approvals, comments, and revisions.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Ensure that only the latest approved drawings and documents are available at the project site.
Prepare document status reports and assist in project turnover and closeout documentation.
