Job summary

HEFTY POWER SYSTEMS CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated QA/QC role focused on substation and transmission line projects in the Philippines. The position emphasizes stringent quality control, document control, and coordination with multiple project teams to ensure compliance with plans and standards.

The ideal candidate will conduct site inspections, prepare ITPs and test procedures, verify materials, and follow through on punch-list closures in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and quality control of substation and transmission line works.
• Monitor civil, structural, electrical, tower erection, stringing, and installation activities.
• Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Inspect materials and verify compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and inspection activities.
• Identify and document quality issues, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, test reports, and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site quality inspections and ensure timely closure of punch-list items.
