Job summary

Expeditors Philippines, Inc. is seeking a District-level Trade Compliance lead to guide branch teams, training, and policy adherence.

You will monitor laws, coordinate with RTCM and DTC, and run import/export reports, promoting a culture of compliant customer service across the district. This role requires strong English, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train others; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A passion for Trade Compliance and doing the right thing.
• Proficiency in English and one local language in the District.
• Demonstrated understanding of applicable Trade Compliance laws and regulations.
• Training for Sanctioned and Embargoed Countries, Denied Party Screening, and Export Controls Awareness.
• Strong familiarity with Expeditors’ operating systems (GCI, CFIT, EDMS, ETMS).

Responsibilities

• Create an effective Tone of Compliance messaging across branches.
• Promote a positive, solutions-oriented environment in each location.
• Be a visible exemplar of trade compliance within customer service.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with District teams and management.
• Lead and coordinate routine training and assessments in Trade Compliance.
