Job summary

Expeditors Cebu seeks an experienced District Trade Compliance Supervisor/Manager to lead the district's trade compliance program, coordinating with RTCM and the Director of Trade Compliance, and to promote proactive compliance across branches.

You will drive training plans, monitor branch performance, implement preventive controls, and communicate regulatory updates. Strong knowledge of laws and Expeditors’ systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and one local language.
• Understanding of trade compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create a Tone of Compliance Messaging in Branches.
• Assess and train staff on Trade Compliance.
• Monitor branch workflow and report anomalies.
• Escalate and remediate non-compliance issues.
• Stay current on applicable laws and directives.
• Create customer value through compliance messaging.
• Oversee service provider compliance training and audits.
