Job summary

Expeditors Cebu seeks a District Trade Compliance Supervisor/Manager to oversee trade compliance at the district level. You will coordinate with RTCM, branch managers, and the Director of Trade Compliance to ensure messaging and policies align with laws and internal standards.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and implement preventive controls while keeping systems like GCI, CFIT, EDMS, and ETMS aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade compliance laws, rules and directives.
• Proficient in English; local district language a plus.
• Able to train and mentor staff on compliance.
• Familiarity with Expeditors operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as district-level resource for Trade Compliance.
• Lead training and monitoring of branch personnel.
• Develop and maintain compliant processes across branches.
• Generate and review import/export reports and address anomalies.
• Escalate non-compliance per company procedures.
• Stay current on trade laws and provide updates to leadership.
