Job summary

Expeditors seeks a District Trade Compliance Supervisor/Manager to lead the district program, train branches, and coordinate with RTCM, branch management, and the DTC. You will stay current on Trade Compliance laws and ensure uniform messaging and effective controls across the district.

You will manage training, monitoring, and remediation activities, and drive actionable insights from reports to strengthen Expeditors’ compliance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a district-wide trade compliance program.
• Strong knowledge of applicable trade laws and guidelines.
• Ability to train and mentor branch personnel on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead district Trade Compliance program, including training and escalation.
• Communicate with RTCM, branch mgmt, and DTC to ensure alignment.
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver regular training and assess staff on Trade Compliance topics.
• Prepare and present compliance metrics and updates to leadership.
