• Set the area targets of each district based on business potential.
• Recommend strategic sales plan and activity to meet specific targets.
• Conduct monthly business review and submit highlights.
• Review expenses vs. budget of the cluster.
• Monitor execution of cluster tactical objective.
• Visit Distributors and Key Accounts.
• Evaluate distributor performance and endorse incentive schemes.
