Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) to oversee day-to-day cafe operations at Ground Floor, Ayala North Exchange Mall, Makati City. You will lead and coach the cafe team, ensure service standards, and drive store performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B/retail management, experience in people management, and a strong grasp of P&L, inventory, and cost control. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; CBTL values friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience managing people and teams.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
